ABOUT

Tyler Osgood is an illustrator who works with ink, acrylic, gouache, and digital tools to create figurative illustrations inspired by his personal faith, space-travel, heroes, monsters, and iconic characters from popular culture. His work is characterized by dynamic, figurative compositions and a strong sense of action, conflict, and story. He works and lives in Detroit, Michigan with his wife, Esther. 

In addition to his 2019 Bachelor of Arts degree from the College for Creative Studies, Tyler also holds a degree in  Audio Engineering. He has also competed on the national level in martial arts and won the United States National Championship of the World Taekwondo Federation. He actively participates in Detroit’s artistic community and industry, and recently created the cover illustration of the Detroit Regional Chamber’s 2019 MichAuto Auto-mobility Annual Report.
